Appliance Brands We Repair
The makes we service
Who built the machine matters far more than most owners expect. Two appliances will happily show the same error for completely unrelated reasons, and the road to the answer runs differently on each of them.
Every brand page below lists exactly what that manufacturer builds, taken from the current range rather than from a generic list, along with the problems we meet most on that make and what is usually behind them.
Manufacturer parts go in wherever they can still be had. Where one has been discontinued we say so plainly and explain why a high quality equivalent is the better or the only choice.

Professional and built-in makes
Ranges, columns and integrated appliances that want specialist tooling and a slow, careful hand.
Premium makes
Largely European engineering, built on the assumption that somebody would still be repairing it in twenty years.
Everyday makes
What is actually in most kitchens on this coast, with parts that arrive quickly and go in easily.
The same standards on every job
Same day and next day slots
Ring before the middle of the day and we usually reach you that afternoon, inside a two hour window rather than a whole day of waiting in.
Trained on the make in front of them
Our technicians work on the platforms they were trained on and hold EPA certification for sealed system refrigeration.
Thirty days on labor, in writing
The labor warranty runs 30 days and any part we install keeps the manufacturer warranty. Both appear on the paperwork you are handed.
One price, agreed first
Once the testing is done you get a single price for the whole job. Nothing comes apart until you have said yes to it.
The parts that actually give out, on the van
We stock what our own record says fails most, which is why roughly three in four repairs finish on the first visit.
Family owned since 1985
Four decades on the same coast means we know what the salt, the humidity and the season do to an appliance long before we open it.
Need somebody out today?
Ring the shop before the middle of the day and we will usually be with you before the evening, with a two hour window and one price agreed before anything is opened up.
