A slightly damp load
Nothing wrong. These dry by condensation against the stainless tub instead of with an element, so moisture on plastics is the design, not a defect.
Stopping with water in the base
The overflow float has tripped on a slow leak underneath. Finding that leak is the job; resetting the float just delays the next stoppage.
Ice maker barely producing
Inlet valve or filter housing. A Bosch filter past its interval chokes the flow more than most people expect.
