A minute is all it takes
Three things get the booking made: which appliance, who built it, and what it does when you switch it on. Pick the day and the two hour window that suit you, and somebody from the shop confirms by phone or text, usually inside the hour.
How soon we can be there
Book before the middle of the day and the visit normally happens that afternoon. Anything later goes into the next available slot. A Saturday costs what a Tuesday costs, because appliances do not pick convenient days to give out and we have never seen a reason to charge as though they did.
What to have ready
The model number if you can find it, and a plain description of what the machine is doing. Those two together decide which parts leave the shop on the van, and they are the difference between one visit and two.

Some problems are far easier to describe out loud than to type, and every so often we can talk you through the answer on the phone for nothing.

Tell us what it is doing
Ring the shop or book online and describe what you are seeing: the make, the model number if it is to hand, and what happens when you run the machine. Detail here is what decides whether the right part leaves on the van.
We test it properly
A technician arrives inside a two hour window, reads whatever the appliance has logged for itself, tests the circuit that points at, and tells you in plain language what happened.
You say yes to one price
One price for the finished job, given before anything comes apart. Say yes and most repairs are done that same visit, with 30 days on labor written on the invoice.
Three things that save time on the day
The model number
Door frame, behind the kick plate, or inside a drawer runner. With it in hand, whatever your unit is likely to want goes out on the van.
What it does when you run it
A warm fridge with a cold freezer tells us far more than a machine that has simply stopped. Any code on the display is worth writing down too.
Space to work in
A built-in has to come forward before anything can be reached. Clearing round it first keeps that time off the invoice.
