Find the model number first if you can. On Whirlpool appliances it usually hides on the door frame, behind the kick plate, inside a drawer runner or on the back panel, depending on the machine. If the plate is hard to read, send a photograph when you book and we will read it for you. With the model confirmed, the parts that most often give out on your exact unit ride out with the technician, and that is why most of these appointments end in one visit.
