Catch us before midday and the visit normally lands the same afternoon. An evening or a weekend slot is billed exactly as a Tuesday morning would be.

Before you call
Two things make the call much shorter. One is the model number, hiding on the door frame, behind the kick plate or inside a drawer runner. The other is a plain account of what happens when you switch it on. Telling us the fridge side is warm while the freezer holds gets us far closer than telling us it has stopped.
Who answers the phone
Somebody who works on appliances, at the shop, not a call center three states away. Give us the make, the model number if it is to hand, and what the machine is doing. That is usually enough for us to know what to load before the van pulls out.
You are given a two hour window rather than an open ended day, and the technician is confirmed to you by phone or text before he sets off.
What a visit runs to
A typical repair sits somewhere between $150 and $450 once parts and labor are counted together. Nothing is billed that you did not approve first, and travel inside the ZIP codes on our service area pages costs nothing.
When it will not wait
A refrigerator climbing past 40 degrees, water spreading across the floor, the smell of gas, a dryer throwing its breaker: ring rather than booking online and say so when you get through, because those calls move to the front of the day. If you can smell gas, leave the house and call the gas utility before you call us.
